The slightly longer version
We started SiteMasterFlex because we kept seeing the same thing: great local businesses with websites that looked like they were built as a punishment. Restaurants with menus you can't read on a phone. Contractors whose sites take so long to load you could drive to their office faster. Salons whose beautifully designed interiors are represented online by a GoDaddy template that peaked in 2018 and has been coasting ever since.
These aren't bad business owners. They're busy business owners. They hired someone's nephew once, it was fine at the time, and then the entire internet evolved three times while they were busy running an actual business. Nobody warns you about that part.
We get it. That's why we exist.

Why "SiteMasterFlex"?
Because "Regional Web Services LLC" was boring and nobody remembers boring. We wanted a name that's fun to say, impossible to forget, and reflects our approach: mastery is a craft, not a credential. We're all students of the web, always learning, always improving.
Also, the domain was available.
Where we are
We're based in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area of Northeastern Pennsylvania. We serve local businesses throughout NEPA, the Poconos, and honestly anywhere with an internet connection. But we love local. Local businesses are the backbone of communities, and communities are worth fighting for.
